All accounts are subject to standard credit approval and underwriting requirements. To be eligible, merchant must (1) complete an application for a new merchant processing account between 10/1/2021 and 12/31/2021, (2) be credit approved by 1/31/2022, and (3) activate the merchant account within 30 days. Fees as described below for qualifying transactions within the next 60 days after activation will be waived.

The 60-day processing fee waiver (i) begins from the date of credit approval, (ii) will continue for the remainder of the month in which the date of your credit approval occurs (Approval Month); (iii) will continue for the two calendar months that follow the Approval Month; and (iv) will end on the last calendar day of the second calendar month that follows the Approval Month.
